At Lartizan Leather we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and our goal is for our customers to be happy with their orders.  Please remember that all of our items are handmade and not factory made. These pieces may have minor imperfections as well as vary slightly in size and color, this adds to their character.

With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. If you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better! If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving your order at support@lartizanleather.com to initiate a return and obtain a return label.

Please return undamaged merchandise to us within 14 days for a full refund. Send your purchase back, securely packed with the return label that we provide. 

  • Returns must be made within 14 days.
  • Your purchased items must be in original condition and show no signs of use.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. 

After we receive your returned item, you will receive a complete refund. We will email you when we process your return!
